Borell is the Founder/Publisher of Talk Around Town whom
as a newcomer to the Hill Country truly saw a need to connect
quality businesses like yours with local new homeowners.
Her vision is to help businesses grow by telling their whole
story to these new homeowners and create a mutually rewarding
relationship for many years to come. She launched Talk Around
Town in 2006.
She
is educated in Business Communications with a specialization
in Marketing and Public Relations. Karen is a passionate
marketing professional that has worked in the publishing
and marketing industries for over twenty years. She has
worked for top organizations such as Knight-Ridder newspapers,
Economist Magazine, ATT, Sprint and SW Bell Yellow Pages,
Welcome Wagon, ValPak as well as many local and regional
publications. She is a talented net worker, marketing consultant,
journalist and small business mentor.
Working
with a fabulous power team that includes graphic designers,
photo stylists web designers and local quality businesses
whom provide editorial in their field of expertise she is
able to offer an overall marketing solution to all types
of businesses. We can assist your business from idea inception
